How do I handle middle initials? For example: John B. Doe. Do I enter John B. as the given name? Or do I enter John as the given name and John B. Doe as an AKA? Also, what if the folder is labelled J. B. Doe? Similarly, would a female (Jane B. Doe) be handled any differently?
