Newspaper project

Blurb at the top of the county page. Although not comprehensive at this time it is anticipated that it will become such. Invited to add (icon/button)

Excel: Blank excel stub. How the excel spreadsheet is constructed.
Tasks
We write the tasks, do four counties each (more if needed). Select counties that may present challenges -- and therefore refine the tasks. Then get someone else to do the rest which then helps refine the tasks and streamline completion of the tasks.
