Fix Puerto Rico Subheadings
Task List[edit | edit source]
- NOTE: You can scroll through tabs on Google Sheets. Next to the first tab, there are four lines stacked vertically. If you click that, you can see a complete list of all tabs on the Google Sheet. Additionally, next to the last tab, there are right and left arrows that you can click to scroll through.
Beginning Instructions[edit | edit source]
1. Click a link to page that needs the subheadings fixed on the Task List.
2. The following Subheadings should only have two equal signs (==) on either side of the words for the subheading:
- History
- Civil Registration
- Church Records
- Census Records
- References
3. Any place that has "Online Records" should have three equal signs (===) on either side of the words for the subheading
4. Correct any by adding or taking away equal signs.
- This is what it should look like. Notice the two equal signs on either side of the subheadings and the three equal signs on either side of "Online Records"
5. Always click show preview to make sure it looks like this example page
6. If the page looks correct, put in the Summary: "Fixing Subheadings Project"
7. Click Save
8. Start over on the next municipality that needs to be updated.
