12. Enter
/* Regimental History and Roster */ Regimental Histories Project
as the Summary and click save.
4. Open up the corresponding link to the book for the wiki page you are working on in the "Links to Books" column.
5. That should take you to a page with the digital book. If you scroll directly below the digital book, there should be cataloged information. It looks like this:
6. Enter the information from the cataloged information to the corresponding yellow columns on the task list.
- You may need to look at the front cover and first few pages of the book. You can do this by clicking the front and back arrows on your keyboard (< >) or scroll forward and backward with the provided bar on the page.
7. Add the information found on the cover page of the book and the details portion of the page to the corresponding columns on the task list. The example below is taken from this page.
- Name of Book is: History of the Fourteenth Regiment Alabama Vols. With a List of the Names of Every Man That Ever Belonged to the Regiment. Copy the title directly from the cataloged information.
- The only thing you would change is capitalizing the first letters of nouns/adjectives on the task list. Do not capitalize short prepositions and articles (the, and, of, a, to, etc.)
- In instances where there are multiple subtitles, you can shorten it to the main title. For example:
- "The war between the Union and the Confederacy : and its lost opportunities : with a history of the 15th Alabama Regiment and the forty-eight battles in which it was engaged ... the war between the United States and Spain" can be shortened to "The War Between the Union and the Confederacy"

- Author is: Marshall B. Hurst.. This information is found under the title where it says, "by Hurst, M. B. (Marshall B.)." If the name isn't in first name, last name order, please put it in that order.

Do your best to be thorough and add the correct information to the template. If the information you are looking for is not on the details area or within the first few pages of the digital book, follow these guidelines:
- Missing author: leave it blank and move on to the publisher information.
- Once you complete Step 7, you will need to remove the "By ." from the link. This would make the link flow from book title to publishing information.
- Missing publication date: use n.d.
- Missing publication place: use n.p.
- Missing publisher: use n.p.
Once you enter in the information it should populate a code in the "Code for Page" column like this:
*''History of the Fourteenth Regiment Alabama Vols. With a List of the Names of Every Man that Ever Belonged to the Regiment.'' By Marshall B. Hurst. Richmond: n.p., 1863. '''''Online at:''''' [https://archive.org/details/historyoffourtee01hurs/page/n3/mode/2up Internet Archive]
8. Copy the link from the "Code for Page" column on the task list.
10. Paste the code under the new header you added in Step 2, "Regimental History and Roster".
11. Click "Show Preview" and make sure everything looks good.
12. Enter
/* Regimental History and Roster */ Regimental Histories Project
as the Summary and click save.
13. Check the Regiment Wiki Page to see if it already has the book on the page under "Other Records" (or similar heading like "Other Resources"). If it is already on the page, remove it from under this heading.
14. Start over on the next book on the task list.
