Purpose

The purpose of this project is to add Maine Deaths and burials collection to the wiki

Task List

New England Town Pages, Part 16

Instructions

1. Go to the task list and open Part 16


2. Place your name next to the town that you want to edit and go to that town page



3. Find the vital records section in the table of contents, click on that




4. Click on the Edit Source button next to Deaths


5. Copy the following code:

6. Paste the code in between the two existing collections. It should look like the following:





7. Click the Show Preview button. Make sure everything looks good. If it looks good, save the page and move on. If it doesn't look good, fix it before saving the page. It should look like the following:




8. Place the date that you finished the page on the task list and move on to the next town.

To access available information, first log into FamilySearch.
