Manually remove old heading template from Newspapers heading page and fix space issues in Local Histories heading.
Task List[edit | edit source]
Instructions[edit | edit source]
1. Go to the Task List and sign out a section of counties in a state to work on.
Fix Local Histories Heading[edit | edit source]
2. Go to the Local Histories heading and take out any extra spaces from the heading to any listed county histories
Remove Newspaper Abstracts intro[edit | edit source]
3. Go to the Newspaper heading and take out the following template - it will contain the name of the county in the template name:
{{NV Newspaper abstracts|White+Pine}}
WARNING: DO NOT TAKE OUT THE TEMPLATE LABELED "{{Newspaper Intro|COUNTY}}"
4. Take out any extra space so it looks correct.
5. Preview the page to make sure the links and information look correct.
6. Add to the Summary field, "took out old template" and save the page.
7. Once you are finished with your counties, go back to the Task List and add the date you completed your section of counties.
