Step 1: Adding Marriage Records links[edit | edit source]

Instructions: 1. Go to the Vital Records section of the page.

2. Add the following heading if it is not already there:

==== Marriage Records ====

3. Then under that heading, add the following text:

*'''1856 - 1898''' — [http://search.ancestry.com/search/db.aspx?dbid=7871 Nebraska Marriages 1856-1898] at [http://search.ancestry.com Ancestry.com] ($), index only

4. Once you have added the text, preview the page by clicking on, Show Preview at the bottom of the page. Check your work to make sure it looks like it should (no wikitext showing on final page). Make any necessary adjustments.

5. Go to the bottom of the page and enter "added marriage records" in the edit summary box and save the page.

6. Go to the next step below.

Step 2: Adding Court Records links[edit | edit source]

1. Go to the Court Records heading on the page. If there is no heading, add it to the page.

2. Copy and paste the following text under any text already appearing under the Court Records heading.

*'''1870 - 1990''' — [http://www.nebraskahistory.org/databases/prisoners.shtml Nebraska Prisoner Records 1870-1990] — index only

3. Once you have added the text, preview the page by clicking on, Show Preview at the bottom of the page. Check your work to make sure it looks like it should (no wikitext showing on final page). Make any necessary adjustments.

4. Go to the bottom of the page and enter "added court records" in the edit summary box and save the page.

5. Go to the next step below.

6. You are now done with the task. Go to the next County on your list.
