2. Go to the instructions for the specific collection below.

Oregon, Center for Health Statistics, Birth Records, 1903-1918[edit | edit source]

Step One[edit | edit source]

Sign your name next to a county on the Oregon, Center for Health Statistics, Birth Records, 1903-1918 tab of the task list.

Step Two[edit | edit source]

Using the links on the task list, click the county you want to work on.

Step Three[edit | edit source]

In the contents, select Birth under Vital Records. This should jump you down to the Subheading Birth. You can also just scroll down to this subheading.

Step Four[edit | edit source]

  • Click Edit Source next to Birth Records.

  • Copy the following code and paste it in numerical order by date.

Exceptions:

  • Some of the counties have additional headers under Birth Records: Delayed Birth Records and Birth Registers. Ignore these and put the link directly under Birth Records.
  • If the link is already on the page, replace it with this new link to make it match the new manual of style. Do not worry about other entries on the page that are not in accordance with the manual of style.
  • If there are no other entries with dates, put this as the first bullet.
  • If there is a note about there being no online records available, please replace that note with this link.
