Denmark Infoboxes Part 3

Purpose

The Danish military registration record are organized in different jurisdictions per county/parish. Adding these to the infoboxes will help patrons locate military records for their ancestors in the Danish rosters.

Instructions

Step 1 - Pick a set of Parishes

1. Go to the Task List and sign up for a span of wiki pages to fix.

2. Go to the first parish page in your respective span of pages.

Step 2 - Edit Source

3. Click "Edit Source", and locate the Infobox in the code (should be near the top of the page).

4. Add the following underneath the section titled " |1794-1869 lægd number = "

  | 1870 – Udskrivningskred / Lægd  number = Add here

Example of a correct infobox:

NOTE: Occasionally there are extra bits of information already in the infobox, including Skifteretten and Retskreds. Don't delete them, just ignore them.

Step 3 - Add Information to Infobox

FIRST: If content in any part of the infobox has already been previously entered, leave it there.

5. Locate the county in the Lægdsnummer list.

6. Click on the link in the column for the years " 1870 - "

7. Locate the respective parish in the " 1870 - " list.

8. Type both respective numbers inside the section of the infobox separated by a " / ".

Example
