Parish History

Milton near Adderbury, a chapelry, in the parish of (east) Adderbury, and union of Banbury, hundred of Bloxham, county of Oxford, 3 miles (N. by E.) from Deddington. Milton nr Adderbury is included in the parish boundary which also contains the township of West Adderbury and the hamlets of Barford St. John, and Bodicot. [1]
