WikiProject:World Survey and Sidebar Replacement
Purpose
1. To review all topic pages for each country/state/province/England County to assess for completion.
2. To replace the old sidebar code on each topic page with the new universal sidebar code.

Part A: Review Page
Step One - Choose a Country From the Task List
1. Go to the [task list] and sign up for a Country Topic page to review. Click on the link to go to the Wiki page.
Step Two - Add the Category
1. At the top of the Wiki page, click on Edit Source.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
3. Copy the following wikitext and add it at the bottom of the Wiki page by the other categories:
[[Category:Confederate States Military Units]]
Step Three - Preview and Save the page
1. Copy the following wikitext and add it to the Summary field:
Added category - project
2. Preview the page to make sure the category link works.
3. Click on Save Page.
Part B: Replace Sidebar Code
Step One - Remove Sidebar Wikitext Code
1. Locate the old sidebar wikitext code and remove it from the page. It should be located at the top of the page and have the word, sidebar in a template. Examples of Sidebar template codes:
AK-sidebar
Greenland-sidebar
2. Once located, remove it from the page.
Step Two - Add the New Universal Sidebar to the Page
1. Copy the following wikitext code and paste it at the very top of the Wiki page.

4. Go back to the [ Task List] and go to the next Wiki page.
