The National Archives of the Netherlands has two record groups that have information about St. Eustatius, including civil registration:[1]

  • 1709-1828 - St. Eustatius and Saba before 1828, mostly 1790-1828 (record group 1.05.13.01). 1709-1828 finding aids

Sint Eustatius was part of the Netherlands Antilles until the country's dissolution in 2010, when the island became a special municipality (officially, a "Caribbean public body") within the country of the Netherlands.
