The Arizona Department of Libraries, Archives and Public Records at http://www.lib.az.us/ has copies of newspapers dating from 1860. The Arizona State University Library at http://www.asu.edu/lib/, University of Arizona Library at http://www.library.arizona.edu/, and large public libraries also have good collections of Arizona newspapers.
