FamilySearch This article describes the services and resources available at a FamilySearch Center, a branch facility of the FamilySearch Library.

Special Announcements

  • All ordering of Microfilm and Microfiche must now be done online.  Please go to https://film.familysearch.org.  Also, you must make payment online.  You will need to create a FamilySearch account before you can begin ordering online.  You will also need an e-mail account to create a FamilySearch account.  Please remember to write down you username and password.

  2. The Family History Center is located in the church building of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  Entrance is at the back of the building.  There is plenty of free parking.

Collections

  • Family History Library Catalog: This center has the ability to order any of the films and fiche available through the Family History Library Catalog.  All ordering is now done online. 
  • (List additional collections you have such as the types of books and microfilm you have on indefinite loan; though you will not want to list every single item you have. Just give visitors to this page a general idea of your resources.)

Databases and Software

  • FHC Portal: This center has access to the Family History Center Portal page which gives free access in the center to premium family history software and websites that generally charge for subscriptions.
