Brief History
The 10th Independent Battery, Wisconsin Light Artillery was organized at New Lisbon, Wisconsin, and it was mustered in February 10, 1862. On April 10-14 the Non-veterans were ordered to Madison, Wisconsin, and the battery was mustered out on April 26. [1]
