duplication - add {delete} template (two brackets on either side). Keep the one with the best detail.
Given a choice - pick the most specific category so as not to fill up the major category.
Categories cannot be moved.
Once a name is given a page, and then deleted, the name cannot be used again
photos placed with name of file between double braces. Size in px comes after a pipe (pica)

I have been finding more than a few links that could be internal, yet are coded as external.

We need training again on turning an external link to an internal link. Please show in Wikitext how to make the change.
