Brief History[edit | edit source]
The 168th Regiment, Ohio Infantry (National Guard) was organized at Camp Dennison, Ohio, and mustered in May 19, 1864. They were mustered out to Camp Dennison July 11. Guard duty there and at Cincinnati, Ohio, till September 8. They were mustered out September 8, 1864.[1]
