Brief History

The 33rd Regiment, Missouri Infantry (Union) was organized at Benton Barracks, Mo., August 29-September 5, 1862.They last served with the 3rd Brigade, 1st Division, 16th Army Corps (New), Military Division West Mississippi, to August, 1865.
