Birth Records
- Date and place of birth

- Where appropriate, those of the declarant or the witnesses
"If the day of birth cannot be specified by the declarant or the witnesses, a date of birth is fixed ex officio by the Civil Registrar or by the President of the People’s Court in the village-centre or district."[1]
Marriage Certificate

- For minors, consent or authorization must be given
- Option of "monogamy or polygamy eventually subscribed by the spouses"

- Gender of the deceased
- Name of the deceased
- Date and place of birth of the deceased

- Name of the spouse if the deceased was married, widowed or divorced
- Name and age of the informant
- Occupation and residence of the informant
- If applicable, the degree of relationship between the informant and the deceased[1]
