100th Regiment, Indiana Infantry

Brief History

This Unit was organized at Fort Wayne, Indiana, and mustered in September 10, 1862. It marched to Washington, D. C., via Richmond, Virginia, April 29-May 20 and Grand Review May 24. They mustered out July 8, 1865. The Recruits transferred to 48th Indiana Infantry.
