This is a documentation subpage for Template:Free media (see that page for the template itself). It contains usage information, categories and other content that is not part of the original template page. |
This is the {{free media}} meta-template.
It should be transcluded into every known free image copyright tag. It categorises files and images that are tagged with those copyright tags into Category:All free media. Thus allowing a machine-readable list of all free media to be created. It should not be used directly.
