Sankt Botulf is believed to be the oldest parish in the east part of Lund created from Sankt Stefan. The parishes of Sankta Maria Minor, Sankta Maria Magle, Sankt Mårten, and others were created from Sankt Botulf. In 1536 this parish was combined with Lunds Stadsförsamling.
