Location and Directions

• Location & Directions Map.

• If traveling North on Highway-13, take the Joaquin Miller/Lincoln Ave. exit.
  • Turn Left at the stop sign at the end of the ramp (onto Lincoln Ave.)
  • Continue straight at the next stop sign, turning left into the parking lot of the Oakland Temple.
  • Enter the door on the right and take the elevator to the Lower Level.
  • The Family History Center fills the entire lower level of the Visitor's Center.
• If traveling South on Highway-13, take the Joaquin Miller/Lincoln Ave. exit.
  • Turn Left at the stop sign at the end of the ramp.
  • Turn right at the next stop sign onto Lincoln Ave. Turn left into the parking lot of the Oakland Temple.
  • Park near the Visitor's Center on the right (west) side of the parking lot.
  • Enter the door on the right and take the elevator to the Lower Level.
  • The Family History Center fills the entire lower level of the Visitor's Center.
