Category talk:Countries in Scandinavia
[edit source]
Finland, Iceland and the Faroes are Nordic countries, but they are not technically part of Scandinavia. I know this is common usage in English, but it is technically wrong.-Bellraymondmackean1 (talk) 10:32, 7 March 2021 (MST)
- On the Research Wiki, we try to simplify the experience for our users so they can easily find the countries they are searching for. We use the English version of Wikipedia to help us determine how we set up our classifications. In this case, we are using the broad version of Scandinavia to include Finland, Island, and the Faroes to assist our users.Batsondl (talk) 12:15, 15 March 2021 (MDT)
