The purpose of this project is to add statewide digital newspaper collections to county pages.

Step 1[edit | edit source]

Go to the task list link below, click on the tab for the state you wish to work on, type your name in, and then jump to the section for that state on the section on this page. Task List

Arizona[edit | edit source]

Step 1[edit | edit source]

In the task list, type your name into the "name" column, and then click on the Wiki link to the county page.

Step 2[edit | edit source]

On the Wiki county page, scroll down to the "Newspapers" section heading. Look to see if there is already a link to the Arizona Memories Digital Newspapers collection. If there is already a link, move on to the next county. If there is no link, then move on to the next step.

Step 3[edit | edit source]

Click "edit source" next to the "Newspaper" section. In the appropriate alphatebetical order, add the following code to the page.

click "show preview". The code entered should look like this:

If everything looks good with the "show preview" than type "adding collection" enter the Summary box and save the page.

Step 5[edit | edit source]

Add the completed date to the spreadsheet and move on to the next county!
