FamilySearch Library Block Party
When is the Family History Block Party?[edit | edit source]
The Family History Library Block Party will be held on Saturday, June 16, 2018. The event in Salt Lake City will run from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. It will be held on West Temple Street from North Temple to South Temple.
There is no charge to attend the Family History Library event. All activities are family-friendly.
What is the Family History Library Block Party?[edit | edit source]
The Family History Library Block Party is a fun family-friendly event sponsored by the Family History Library with assistance from the Church History Museum. West Temple Street between North and South Temple will be blocked off for live entertainment and indoor and outdoor activities in the Family History Library and the Church History Museum. The Family History Library is located at 35 North West Temple (between North and South Temple) in downtown Salt Lake City. For more information please click here.
Live Entertainment Schedule[edit | edit source]
The following live entertainment will take place outside the Family History Library on the plaza between the library and the Church History Museum.

Event Parking[edit | edit source]
There are several places to park around the Family History Library and Temple Square. Please visit Temple Square Parking for more information.
- Free parking. There will be limited free parking behind the Church History Museum the day of the event. Enter the lot from North Temple.
- Pay parking (First two hours are free!). City Creek Center enter from South Temple.
- Pay parking. See the lot on the northwest corner of North Temple and West Temple.
