Highlight colours (Hl1, Hl2, Hl3) can be improved later. In the final version the templates should be eliminated with subst:.
- Use Hl3 to mark horizontal main headings
- Use Hl2 for horizontal sub headings
- Use Hl1 for highlighting columns
