- FamilySearch Catalog: This center has the ability to order any of the films and fiche available through the FamilySearch Catalog. You are now able to search the FamilySearch Catalog found at FamilySearch.org AND place your order online from home at:
Materials will be sent to the Family History Center. You will receive an e-mail or phone call from us when the film has arrived on loan in our FHC for your use.

Staff Research Specialties
All staff members are volunteers. We have particular expertise in the following areas:
- Adoption research
- British Isles research (England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales)
- DNA testing for family history
- Preserving your family history (digitizing materials, recording family stories, etc)
- United States research

Volunteer at the Center
The Gainesville Family History Center is open to the public. All services are free of charge. We welcome volunteers. Come join us!
