Remodel/Construction of the Main Floor

A new Patron Desktop has been added to the computers in the Family History Library and FamilySearch Center. Included in the new patron desktop is a Library orientation to help guests learn what is available on each of the five floors in the Library. Click the following link to check it out:

New self-help training to retrieve or your familysearch.org username and password

Can't remember your familysearch.org account username or password? No problem! The Family History Library includes a new self-help training on how to create, sign in, or retrieve a familysearch.org username and password. New Service

As an added convenience to our guests, flash drives and earphones will be sold in the copy card vending machines on each floor, starting on May 1st. The vending machines accept cash or credit cards.

New Guest Services Model

The reference areas on the B1 International floor, the B2 British floor, and the U.S./Canada 2nd floor have been remodeled.
