Contents: Varies; consist mostly of reference entries that provide more ready access to records. Sometimes contain record extracts.

Location: Varies; libraries, archives, and other record repositories in the Faeroe Islands and in Denmark, especially the Faeroe National Archives [Føroya Landsskjalasavn] in Tórshavn, Faeroe Islands and in the National Archives [Rigsarkivet] of Denmark in Copenhagen.[1]
