Putting Documents as Sources in FamilySearch Family Tree

How to Get Documents in Family Tree

= There are many instances where it is desireable to enter a document as a Source in a person's Details page in Family Tree.  This is particularly true when the document establishes the name, date and place of a vital event (i.e. a birth register or birth certificate). 

While documents found in the Family Search digital databases can be easily attached as a source to a person, (see FS "Attach ......"), often they are found on other websites (free or subscription) or the actual documents is in the possession of a family member or other individual.  =
