Brief History

The 4th Regiment, Ohio Infantry was mustered in June 4, 1861 at Camp Dennison, Ohio. They were mustered out July 12, 1865 at Washington, District of Columbia. National Park Service, The Civil War Soldiers and Sailors System, (accessed 6 December 2010).
