Vital Records consist of births, adoptions, marriages, divorces, and deaths recorded on registers, certificates, and documents.

Marriage and divorce records can be purchased from the county courthouse.

A copy or an extract of most original birth and death records can be purchased from the New Mexico Vital Records and Health Statistics or the County Clerk's office.
