This is a documentation subpage for Template:Linknote (see that page for the template itself). It contains usage information, categories and other content that is not part of the original template page. |
This template can be used to create a "link note" which can be used to flag an external link for some reason, such as with {{registration required}}. It can add pages to a category to track such links as well. Note that this is an informational template rather than a cleanup tag: for issues which require cleanup, use {{fix}}.
