Codnor and Loscoe St James is an Ecclesiastical Parish in the county of Derbyshire, created in 1844 from Heanor, Derbyshire Ancient Parish, Pentrich, Derbyshire Ancient Parish, and Denby, Derbyshire Ancient Parish and part of Codnor Park extra-parochial.The parish church is at Cross Hill.
The church of St James at Crosshill was built in 1844 from public subscription.
