 In the year 1694, all the church records and the church in Untertürkheim were destroyed by fire. During this time inhabitant books were kept as well as the churchbooks. These are located in the State Archives in Stuttgart and are available there. A partial listing of some of these inhabitants can be found in the periodical Sudwestdeutsche Blätter für Familien und Wappenkunde. This is available at the Family History Library and the call number is 943.46 B2sw v. 12 p.18-23
