Template talk:Helpme

What is the purpose of changing this template to {{tlp{{{3}}}{{{4}}}{{{5}}}{{{6}}}{{{7}}}{{{8}}}{{{9}}}{{{10}}}{{{11}}}...}} when done? It just leaves the text {{helpme}} on the page which looks a little confusing, unless I am missing something.... Why not just remove the template? Is it supposed to do something like the unresolved/resolved, where the template changes, or do you really just want to see the template link?
Also, could someone make it so that this template doesn't open in the rich text editor? I want to simplify the wording in it a little, but am having problems doing so.
