Maps of districts (povit) with villages existing about 1900 for the areas of Ukraine from which people emigrated to Alberta, Canada can be found at the website of the Ukrainian Cultural Village. 

Villages can be located on Google Maps using the spelling found in the FamilySearch Catalog
