The Suzzallo library is the primary library of the Seattle branch of the University of Washington. It has a distinctive architectural style (Collegiate Gothic) and is named for Henry Suzzallo, a past president of the University. It houses over 1.6 million volumes including Children's Literature, Natural Sciences, Government Publications and a wide variety of periodicals. Additionally it has an extensive collection of rare books published prior to 1801. A portion of its volumes are about the American indians, natives tribes from Alaska and the migratory routes of those First Nation people.

The Suzzallo is located at 1 Spokane Lane in Seattle, Washington 98195. in the University District. The library has made every attempt to be user-friendly and features large seating areas and tables. It is open to the public but the free wifi features within the library are available only for UW students and faculty. This library is open until 10 PM on weekends and has free parking after 5 PM Saturdays and free parking all day long on Sundays.
