FamilySearch This article describes the services and resources available at a FamilySearch Center, a branch facility of the FamilySearch Library.


The Brainerd Family History Center is a branch library of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Family History Library, a nonprofit, volunteer-driven organization. Patrons may access FamilySearch services and resources free online at FamilySearch.org and at the Brainerd FHC. The center has free access to the many Premium Websites available through the Family History Portal at the Family History Center. Many local records are also available.

Open Hours:Tuesday 9 am-6 pm, Wednesday 6:30- 8:30

Holiday Schedule:Closed- 4th of July, Memorial Day, Election day, Thanksgiving Day, Labor Day, one week prior to and one week after Christmas.
