Class Reminders for the Payson FamilySearch Center

Here are the scheduled classes for the end of March.
Tuesday, March 19, 10:30 am, Glenn Whicker will be teaching “Using the MEMORIES module in FamilySearch.” Everyone is always happy when they see Glenn at the Center. He is one of our “go to” technological experts, a great instructor and his 40+ years of experience with family history is beneficial to all. You will enjoy this class because Glenn is so easy to understand and follow. Glenn is a Records Preservation Service Missionary and has been serving at the Payson FamilySearch Center for the past five years.
Wednesday, March 20, 1:00 pm, Steve Lowry will be teaching “Get Involved and Indexing.” The last 13 years of Steve’s career he was working for FamilySearch. We are grateful to have him as one of our presenters to share his wealth of knowledge. Did you know you can serve others on your phone and/or computer? Come to this class and learn about all the opportunities the FamilySearch “get involved” tab has to offer, which includes indexing. Thursday, March 21, 7:00 pm, Shaunese Luthy will be teaching “How to Find Land Records.” Shaunese teaches the art of researching your family by showing you the most efficient ways to do family history. This class will focus on land records and the valuable information you can find there. Shaunese received her degree in Family History and Genealogy from Brigham Young University, she manages her own genealogy business and teaches at RootsTech, the largest genealogical event in the world!
