Class Reminders for the Payson FamilySearch Center
We offer a variety of classes each month taught by amazing presenters. There just might be one listed below that you’ve been waiting for. Check it out; there’s no sign-up necessary. The FamilySearch Center will host the following classes for February 21st and 22nd. Classes are free to attend. We hope you will come and bring a friend.
Wednesday, February 21, 1:00 pm, Steve Lowry will be teaching “FamilySearch Fun!” Genealogy? Fun? You may be thinking these two words do not go together. Come to this class and Steve will prove you wrong. Steve retired last April after working 46 years in the computer industry. The last 13 years of his career he worked at FamilySearch. We are grateful Steve loves sharing his FamilySearch knowledge with others and we feel blessed that we can be recipients of such valuable information. To join us on zoom, click the link below:
Thursday, February 22, 7:30 pm, Shelly Strand/Shaunese Luthy will be teaching “The Wealth of Church Records.” These professional genealogists will enlighten your minds with the valuable information found in church records. This class will start in Classroom A and conclude in the computer room where you can work on your own family history, ask questions about the aspect taught and/or ask questions about your own family search. If you are unable to attend in person, join us on Zoom:
