Organized at Janesville, Wisconsin, November 30, 1861, to January 31, 1862. Mustered in January 28, 1862. Mustered out at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, September 29, 1865. Companies "G" and "L" mustered out October 26, 1865. [1]
