- The National Library of Singapore houses a wide variety of different books and records. Some of these are available digitally on their Digital sources.
- NewspaperSG is an online resource of current and historic Singapore and Malaya newspapers. Search digital archive of newspapers published between 1831-2009, or find information on over 200 newspaper titles in the National Library’s microfilm collection. Full-text is only available for issues up to 1989. t

- The National University of Singapore (NUS) is one of the three largest public and autonomous universities in Singapore. Founded in 1905, it is the oldest institute of higher learning (IHL) in Singapore, as well as the largest university in the country in terms of student enrolment and curriculum offered. NUS is a research-intensive, comprehensive university with an entrepreneurial dimension.
- The Bukit Timah campus houses the Faculty of Law, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and research institutes. Many of the island's historical archives are housed there. On the webpage there are links to other libraries in Singapore with special collections and records. [1]
