- At present, this property functions as the Colonel Lucio Dávila Rumayor Cultural Center. In it, in addition to the museum, is the Municipal Archive, the office of the Historic Center, the Chronicler's office, and the Gallery where music, sculpture and courses are taught, painting for children and young people. - It is located in a house-room built in 1904 by the architect and engineer Federico Wulff, who along with his family lived there for many years. Due to its strategic location, which offers a panoramic view of the entire city, it was used as a trench by General Francisco Villa during the taking of Torreón. In the 1950s the building was used as a military barracks and later it housed a small neighborhood. It was inaugurated as a museum on February 11, 1994, with the aim of spreading the history of the city.

- It functioned as a school in 1905 and its building is considered historical heritage. It was inaugurated as a museum on November 20, 1984. In its different rooms, it exhibits paleontological, archaeological and object collections alluding to the history of the municipality. Annex is the Historical Archive, which protects historical documents of the region.
