Summary[edit | edit source]
Official voting registers began in 1865. Beginning in 1869 the registers included the individual's name, age, birthplace, residence, and naturalization information. By 1918 most counties also had a card index with voter information. The records are kept in the county offices.
Family History Library Collection[edit | edit source]
