The Athens Family History Center serves the Athens, Hocking, Jackson, Meigs, Pike, Perry, Vinton County areas and provides access to online and microfilm resources.

- Tues 7:00pm-9:00pm; and by appointment.
Holiday Schedule:
- We occasionally close unexpectedly because of inclement weather or illness. Please call for information about unexpected alterations to our normal operation hours.
Calendar and Events
The Family History Center will be closed Tuesday, April 29 for cleaning. It will be open during the regular hours again in May.

- Family History Library Catalog: This center has the ability to order any of the films and fiche available through the Family History Library Catalog.

- FHC Portal This center has access to the Family History Center Portal page which gives free access in the center to premium family history software and websites that generally charge for subscriptions.
