 Perhaps this template should be split into 2 templates, with the second template containing the phrase for "more information.."  That way the second template could be placed AFTER a listing of county resources. And if a county page doesn't have any county listing, then the second template could be placed consecutively JanaStokes 00:55, 2 July 2013 (UTC)
