Purpose and Time
|
| This is the meeting where we discuss items regarding the content of Idaho pages with project team members and other community contributors. We discuss content, project tasks, site design, strategy and project progress. This is a conference call meeting on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month, from 4:00-5:00 PM (mountain time). Community members are welcome to suggest topics for the agenda by adding the suggestions to the weekly agenda discussion pages.

Upcoming Meetings
Dear Wiki Contributor,
We are going to start working on the Idaho project again. I am Rorie Jenson (a FamilySearch missionary) and I have been working on the Wiki for two years. I worked with Jimmy Parker on the Idaho project. Since Jimmy passed away, there has been no work done on this project. I am going in to the offices to scan in the rest of Jimmy’s work; I am sure this well take some time, but I am going to start up the project again. If you are interested in working on this project, please let me know. You can add a reply to this page, or email me at rkjenson@live.com. I do not have any of your information to call you or email you, so if you would like to send me your email or other contact information, I will get back to you as soon as I can. Historical Perspective
The Idaho Project was begun in the Spring of 2010 and continued for several months. Pages for all of the counties of the state were created and populated with information about their records. Pages were also created for many of the cities, towns, and communities of Idaho. Much still needs to be added for the city and town levels. Current pages need to be reviewed regularly to identify broken links and to keep addresses and other contact information current.
