Add collection links to various Wiki pages

Part B - Portugal Civil Registration HOLD!!!
Step One - Sign Up
- Go to the task list and sign your name for a municipality in Portugal on the list: task list.
Step Two - Click the Link
- Using the links on the task list, click the municipality you want to work on.
Step Three - Click Civil Registration in the Contents
- In the contents, select Civil Registration. Or scroll down to the Civil Registration heading.
Step Four - Click Edit Source Next to Civil Registration
- Click Edit Source next to Civil Registration.
Step Five - Copy and Paste the Database
- Copy the following code and paste the code in chronological order by date with the other databases listed.
